When customers called, I listened attentively to their concerns and dispatched the right service technicians to fix their office equipment. Then, to learn every aspect of the office equipment industry, I became a service technician myself for 7 years. Then, I jumped into sales by selling service maintenance contracts and large copiers. It was that dedication to keep persevering through every level of a business that led me to open One Stop Office Solutions in 2000.
